OUR ORIGIN STORY
It all started in 1992 with the need for a concrete slab. Today, Design Build Commercial Construction (DBCC) has developed into a full-service general contractor, serving the Minneapolis – St. Paul Metro and the Upper Midwest.
At DBCC, the foundation of growth has been carefully built upon selectively taking on challenging projects that do not always “fit inside the box.” In doing so, we continue to devise solutions & implement proven time-tested systems to consistently deliver results.
We desire challenge and effectively push boundaries to achieve results that exceed expectations. Whether it be holding an 1884 multi-story brick building off the ground while pouring a new foundation below it, or facilitating multiple 24/7 crews to deliver on a 4,000 sf open-store remodel in 9 days; it’s what we do, enjoy, and thrive upon!
